John & Vincenza Lazaridis

A business management veteran John Lazaridis is the owner and Chief Executive Officer for Next Generation Air and Heat. John delivers high–energy, fun, and a broad array of professional experience to his client engagements. He has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, program management, product development, field service management, business integration and executive management. With a strong reputation in the industry for his customer–first leadership approach, he enjoys building relationships, has a passion for communication and is a creative problem solver.

John successfully built and managed the company’s sale force and personally developed over 80% of sales account opportunities. He also developed and implemented the Next–Generation technology program and program managed technology migration & system integration efforts. He has worked with global companies developing Next Generation strategy, integrated services firms specializing in optimizing the company’s business performance and brand.
