Our drain was plugged, and our garage flooded; they corrected it in no time. However, once told the system had never worked properly since its installation by Star Service AC, they further inspected it. It took them no time to locate why it had never cooled as it should. We are truly pleased with Next Generation and our service person!  Scheduling an appoint was easy with great availability.  Our service man was knowledgeable and helpful explaining our options.  Being new to this house it was great to have an expert take the time to explain the upkeep that will keep our system trouble free.    He was so friendly, even our fussy dog liked him.
